Landstar Hotels, LLC selected Paragon Project Resources to perform Program Management and Construction Management Services for the design and construction of a new Springhill Suites Hotel in El Paso, TX. The new five story hotel has 100 guestrooms, 2 elevators, 2 stairwells, fitness center, kitchen, main and guest laundry rooms, property is located one mile from the El Paso International Airport. The hotel started construction on October 2018 and was completed late August 2020 and started operating on September 2020.
